Susan Reilly
Vice President of 22q Texas, Susan Reilly is a tireless advocate for individuals and families affected by 22q chromosome differences. With over 15 years of healthcare leadership experience, Susan combines her professional expertise with a deeply personal commitment to making a difference.
Her journey with 22q Texas started with the birth of her son Brady, who lives with 22q11.2 deletion syndrome. This personal connection drives Susan to ensure that every family feels supported, every individual is empowered, and every professional understands the impact they can make.
Professionally, Susan serves as the Director of Operations at Morgan’s MAC (Multi-Assistance Center), where the mission perfectly aligns with her passion. Morgan’s MAC is revolutionizing care for individuals with special needs through comprehensive and coordinated services, delivered with a family-centered approach. Susan’s role at Morgan’s MAC isn’t just a job; it’s a calling that echoes her commitment to inclusivity and support, values that resonate deeply with her work at 22q Texas.
In both of her roles, Susan is known for fostering collaboration, nurturing growth, and inspiring hope. She’s dedicated to transforming visions into reality, all while contributing to the broader vision of Morgan’s: to spark cultural change in order to create a more inclusive world.
Outside of her professional life, Susan treasures her time with her family—her husband Jimmy, daughter Alexis, and of course, Brady. They are the heart of her world and the reason she pours so much of herself into her work. Susan’s warmth and resilience make her a leader who not only understands the challenges families face but also finds joy in every small victory.
